At Fern & Finch Co. all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@fernfinchco.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit if approved.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
